PatBuilt Performance LLC goes by an "ALL SALES FINAL" policy unless there are circumstances that, in the sole or absolute discretion of PatBuilt Performance LLC, make a return or refund appropriate.

You as the owner/customer are responsible for the condition of your car before it comes here or gets tuned.  Please be sure the car is in good health with proper amount of oil, tires & maintenance done. Any issues that may be found or occur during the installation or tuning process can cause delays and further expenses. If any issues are found the customer will be notified and the fix MUST be made before any further work gets done.

PatBuilt Performance LLC obeys & agrees will the Federal Clean Air Act.  All off road products are FOR CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION USE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE. THE SALE, USE, OR INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT MAY ALSO BE ILLEGAL NATIONWIDE UNDER THE FEDERAL CLEAN AIR ACT (42 U.S.C. § 7522(A)(3))

PatBuilt Performance LLC will NOT sell any off-road or emissions altering products to California.

By purchasing parts, tuning or any labor work done by PatBuilt Performance LLC you are accepting FULL responsibility for the modifications being done to your vehicle. Any damages that may occur during install and/or tuning will not be held accountable by PatBuilt Performance LLC and under the full responsibility of the owner/customer of the vehicle.
